Jennie and Jisoo of the group Black Pink established a one-man agency each.

According to News 1 coverage on the 25th, Jenny and Jisoo recently set up a one-man agency each.

However, as they still continue to discuss Black Pink Group activities with YG Entertainment, the company established by the two is expected to operate mainly on individual activities.

Black Pink, who debuted in 2016 and has been active for seven years this year, is currently in talks with YG Entertainment to renew the contract. Since it has global influence and its members also have a great affection for Black Pink, the industry is interested in whether to renew the contract for team activities.

BLACKPINK has been on an ultra-large tour around the world for the past year ahead of its renewal. The Black Pink “Born Pink” tour, which has been held in 34 cities for about a year since October last year, attracted more than 1.8 million viewers, the largest K-pop girl group, by combining 55,000 in Seoul, 540,000 in North America, 215,000 in Europe, 900,000 in Asia, 50,000 in Oceania and 40,000 in the Middle East. In other words, the Coachella Festival in the U.S. (250,000 people on both days) and Hyde Park in the U.K. (65,000 people), which became the first Asian artist to be the main characters of the festival, have combined with 2.115 million music fans.

Meanwhile, BLACKPINK has been loved worldwide since its debut in 2016, releasing hits such as Boombayah, Whistle, Ddu-Ddu Ddu-Ddu, Kill This Love, Pink Venom, and Shut Down
