List of LoL national teams to compete in e-sports competitions is announced
The list of Korean national teams for the 2022 Korea-China-Japan e-sports competition has been announced.
The Korea e-Sports Association announced on the 14th the list of Korean representatives who participated in the 2022 Korea-China-Japan e-sports competition. The Korean national team, which consists mainly of players who played in the LCK Challengers League this year, aims to win the championship twice in a row following last year.
The list includes “Fiesta” Ahn Hyun-seo and “Peter” Jung Yoon-soo from the last LCK CL Summer winner Nongshim Red Force Challengers team, “Lucid” Choi Yong-hyuk from the runner-up Damwon Kia Challengers team, “Lahel” Cho Sung-min, and top “Poton” Kyung-tae and Mid-Toland Seo-won from the T1 Challengers team, which topped the regular league. Among them, Seo Sang-won will be selected for the national team for the second consecutive year following last year.
Meanwhile, in the 2021 Korea-China-Japan e-sports competition League of Legend, the Korean national team beat the Chinese national team 3-1 to win the championship.
